This is the large gate that I cut in 1999. It
is of the Alexander McKinlock Memorial Gates forged by Samuel
Yellin in 1930. It is in Chicago on the corner of Huron and Lake
Shore Drive. I have mounted this gate on three separate levels,
and have included 14K Gold wire "pulls" on the doors.
It is the only cutting I have done of this gate, although I have
done 10 cuttings of the flying buttress. The price of this work
is $3,500. Note cards are available. |
